1. For those who don’t know you yet, how would you describe yourself in three words?

Authentic, caring, and determined. I love trying new things, stepping outside my comfort zone, and making a conscious effort every day to live my life with optimism and a smile.

2. You started as an athlete, and today you’re a journalist and TV presenter. How have all these experiences shaped you?

Competitive sports taught me discipline, perseverance, and never giving up. Television and radio taught me how to communicate and constantly evolve. Each experience gave me something different, and together they’ve shaped me into the woman I am today.

3. Survivor pushed you to your physical and mental limits. What’s the biggest lesson you took away from it?

That we’re all much stronger than we think. Most of the time, the limits are set by our minds, not our bodies. And I also learned that patience is a virtue. If you’re patient and refuse to give up, you’ll always find your way.

4. What does the sea mean to you? Why do you always find yourself coming back to it?

The sea is where I truly feel free. It’s where I feel I belong. It calms me down and fills me with energy.

5. After everything you’ve experienced, what does the perfect day look like for you today?

Today, my idea of the perfect day is very different from what it used to be. Everything revolves around my family, my husband, and our son. And honestly? As challenging as life can be—because there are definitely difficult days—I wouldn’t change a single thing about my life today.

6. What’s something people often assume about you that isn’t true?

I think many people believe that because they’ve seen me on television and social media for years, they know who I really am. The truth is, these days I only share a small part of my life. Yes, I’m genuine and I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. But in reality, I’m much calmer, simpler, and much more of a homebody than people probably imagine.

7. Sport teaches resilience, discipline, and confidence. Which lesson has stayed with you the most?

Consistency. I learned that great results don’t come from one huge effort, but from the small things you keep doing every single day—even when you don’t feel like it.

8. Many women believe watersports “aren’t for them.” What would you say to them?

I’d tell them not to decide before they’ve even tried. No one is born knowing how to surf or kitesurf. Everyone starts somewhere. The important thing isn’t to be perfect—it’s to be brave enough to take that first step.

9. What made you say “yes” to Bikini Tribe, and what are you most looking forward to experiencing in Limnos?

What won me over was its philosophy. It’s not just a watersports camp—it’s an experience that brings women together, creates friendships, and gives you the opportunity to try something new. I can’t wait to meet all the girls, share amazing moments both on and off the water, and experience everything Limnos has to offer together.

10. Bikini Tribe is built on the idea of women supporting women. What does female empowerment mean to you in everyday life?

To me, it means genuinely celebrating another woman’s success. Supporting each other instead of competing. Encouraging one another, inspiring each other, and creating an environment where every woman feels free to be herself.

11. If you could give just one piece of advice to every girl coming to Bikini Tribe, what would it be?

Be yourself! Come exactly as you are. Allow yourself to meet new people, laugh, learn, and enjoy every single moment.

12. Finish the sentence: “Life is better when…”

…you leave your insecurities behind and give yourself the chance to experience new adventures.

13. When will you be joining us at Surf Club Keros, and how can girls who want to meet you become part of your Bikini Tribe week?

I’ll be joining you at Surf Club Keros in beautiful Limnos at the beginning of September, and I honestly can’t wait! If you’d like to experience it all together—meet each other, try watersports, make new friendships, and create unforgettable memories—I’d love to see you during our Bikini Tribe week. I’m sure we’ll all leave with so much more than we ever expected.
