Adopt The Tee
The Concept
The Bikini Tribe “Adopt the Tee” project is a unique spin-off marketing initiative that invites like-minded, women-driven brands to collaborate with the Bikini Tribe Girls Camps movement. The goal? Co-create the official Bikini Tribe T-shirt (or outfit) for the season — and in doing so, champion a global community of women, water sports, and empowerment.
Each year, Bikini Tribe events host ambassadors — athletes, creatives, and changemakers — to inspire and connect. Now, we’re opening the circle to include brands that share our values, particularly those founded or led by women.
Who It’s For
- Apparel brands, especially women-founded or women-led
- Watersports-related companies (e.g., beach towels, sun care, swimwear)
- Brands with a social conscience and a passion for empowering women
How It Works
- Submit your interest to join the “Adopt the Tee” project — our team will review your entry.
- If selected, your brand will:
- Design and/or produce the official Bikini Tribe tee or apparel item for the season/year*
- Provide one free T-shirt per participant at all Bikini Tribe events at Surf Club Keros (approx. 150–200 annually)
- Sell 100 units at wholesale to Surf Club Keros for retail sale at our Surf Shop and online store
- Select a cause or women’s organization you wish to support, ideally watersports related (eg https://www.instagram.com/texturedwaves/?hl=en)
- Donate a percentage (or full amount) of profits from tee sales from your shop or online store to that cause
*If you’re not a manufacturer or designer, no problem — we can co-create for you, or connect you with our network of women designers and ethical manufacturers.

About The Bikini Tribe
The Bikini Tribe is a series of girls-only watersports events that have been held for over 10 years, primarily at Surf Club Keros, on the island of Limnos, Greece. With over 1,500 participants to date, the movement continues to grow — with a vision to go global, expanding to surf and snow destinations worldwide.
